WPC Members Assemble Benevolence Bags for the Homeless

After a collection drive over several months, members of Westminster Presbyterian Church (WPC) assembled and packed items into nearly 200 “benevolence bags” that will be distributed to the homeless. The bags contain items such as bottled water, protein bars, numerous toiletries, gift cards for food, and a spiritual message of hope from the church. Members will keep a bag or two in their car and when they come across a homeless person, they will offer a bag.

The drive is held annually by WPC and was coordinated this year by Bette Jadwin and Jonah Hallahan.
